How to store Yellow Passionfruit:
- Keep the Yellow Passionfruit chilled in the fridge and it'll last up to 2 weeks!
- Some light discolouration or shrivelling is to be expected but this means that it is ripe and ready for enjoying.
How to eat Yellow Passionfruits:
- The easiest way to enjoy a passionfruit is to cut it in half and scoop with a spoon. Seeds and pulp are edible and great on its own!
- Mix in with your favourite yogurt or blend into a smoothie.
